特定非営利活動法人みんなのコード（以下、みんなのコード）は、米国のNGOsourceが提供するED認証（Equivalency Determination）を取得しました。ED認証の取得によって、米国の寄付・助成団体から当法人への寄付手続きが簡便になります。
今後もみんなのコードは、「誰もがテクノロジーを創造的に楽しむ国にする」というビジョンを実現するため、国内外の資金提供者様と協力しながら活動を進めてまいります。
ED認証（Equivalency Determination）とは
ED認証は、米国の助成団体が海外の非営利組織に寄付や助成を行う際、その海外団体が米国の非営利団体と同等の事業運営がされていることを第三者が審査・証明する仕組みです。
認証プロセスを提供するNGOsourceは、これまでに161カ国、23,000を超える団体に対して認証を行っています。認証を取得した団体は、米国の寄付・助成に関するコンプライアンス手続きが簡素化され、助成団体は、高い信頼性と透明性を確保したうえで寄付・助成を実行できるようになります。

Code for Everyone,a specified non-profit organization has obtained the Equivalency Determination (ED) certification provided by NGOsource in the United States. ED certification streamlines the procedures required for U.S.-based donors and grantmaking organizations to make contributions to our organization.

ED Certification (Equivalency Designation)
Equivalency Determination is a system through which a U.S. grantmaking organization can verify that a foreign non-profit operates in a manner equivalent to a U.S. public charity. A third-party organization conducts the review and certifies eligibility.
NGOsource, which administers this process, has provided certification to more than 23,000 organizations across 161 countries.
Once certified, organizations benefit from simplified compliance procedures related to U.S. charitable contributions and grants. U.S. donors and grantmakers can provide funding with confidence, knowing that the recipient organization meets rigorous standards for transparency and accountability.
